Meet Chris Jones, a nonprofit professional who will be presenting at “Profit from the Nonprofit Experience” on Tuesday, September 24th.

Chris Jones is the Public Affairs Associate at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, an independent, social policy research organization. Previously he was the Publications Coordinator at the Steans Center at DePaul University. He graduated DePaul in 2011 with an M.A. in New Media Studies, and in 2007 graduated with a B.S. in Advertising in his hometown of Champaign at the University of Illinois.
Before working in higher education he worked in the theatre community, interning at the Goodman Theatre and working for the League of Chicago Theatres. As a writer, he has covered politics on Gaper’s Block and marketing strategy on Technori.
When he’s not in front of a computer, Chris can be found taking pictures of the great city of Chicago, training for an upcoming triathlon, or getting stamps in his passport. He thinks North Center is the best neighborhood in the city and that you should probably follow him on Twitter.
